My account

Your account is your personal control center for all purchases at TriMax-Media.

Setting it up is very simple: at the top right of the website, to the left of your shopping cart, you will find the "My account" function. After clicking on it with the mouse, you will be automatically redirected. At the bottom left you can select the "Register now" function. Please enter your e-mail address, choose a password and enter the required data. By clicking on "Register now" you will open your new user account and can log in to www.trimax-media.de at any time using the details provided. Please remember that you must confirm your account registration again by email using the double opt-in procedure in accordance with the GDPR.

What advantages do I have with a user account?

  • You can change your data at any time.


What functions does my account offer me?

Under Dashboard you will find an overview of your account details. You can view your most recent orders, manage your billing and delivery address and edit your password and account details.

Under Orders you have an overview of your completed and current orders. You can also view the status of your order here.

Under My subscriptions you have an overview of your completed subscriptions.

Under Address you have the option of creating multiple billing and delivery addresses.

Under Payment method you can delete your bank details or add new ones.

Order information

How do I order from TriMax Media?

You can store for books, eBooks, magazines and video tutorials 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the TriMax Media online store. Simply order by placing the desired products in the shopping cart and clicking the "Add to cart" button.

The shopping cart gives you an overview of the products you have already added and you can change the quantity or remove them again. Click on " Proceed to checkout " to start the purchase process.

In the further purchase process, please check the delivery address and your desired payment method and then confirm our general terms and conditions under the "Overview" tab. You can then purchase the products by clicking on "Buy now". You can read our general terms and conditions at any time on our homepage.

What happens after the order?

Shortly after your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us to your e-mail address. This will also contain your order number. You can always check the status of your order in your user account under My orders.

How can I pay?

You can pay for your online purchase within Germany by credit card or Paypal. The security of your data is ensured by SSL encryption during the booking process.

When do I have to pay?

If you pay by PayPal or credit card, your account will be debited upon completion of the order.

How can I cancel a subscription?

If you have ordered a magazine subscription, you can cancel it easily and at any time online by going to "My account" at the bottom left and clicking on the "Activate automatic renewal" button.

If you wish to cancel by email, please allow a period of 6 days before the next due date so that our support team can take care of it in good time.

How do I get my money back if I return a product?

As soon as we have received and checked the return, we will refund you the amount. We will use the payment method you used for your order. Please also note our cancellation policy.

Will my order also be delivered abroad?

Goods ordered in our online store are delivered worldwide. You can find the different shipping costs in the following list. 

What will shipping cost me?

Shipping within Germany: We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods). Up to a gross value of EUR 60, shipping costs of EUR 5.50 will be charged. Above this amount EUR 8.50 will be charged.

Shipping to Switzerland & Liechtenstein: We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods). Up to a gross value of EUR 60, shipping costs of EUR 22 will be charged. Above this amount, EUR 39.50 will be charged.

Deliveries to other European countries: We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods). Up to a gross value of EUR 60, shipping costs of EUR 18 will be charged. Above this amount EUR 32 will be charged.

Delivery to non-European countries: We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods). Up to a gross value of goods of EUR 60, shipping costs of. EUR 24 will be charged. Above this amount EUR 42 will be charged.


How long does the delivery take?

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. To avoid delays in delivery, please note that our books are sent as a consignment. Delivery to a Packstation is therefore unfortunately not possible. Packing stations return book shipments to the sender as undeliverable.

How does the return process work?

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order. But maybe you don't like the goods or they are faulty? Then you are welcome to return the goods to us. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform TriMax Media GmbH of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can do this by logging into"My account", viewing your orders and registering your return online within 14 days of placing your order. Where do I send the return?

For faster and smoother processing of the return, we ask you to log in to your customer account and arrange the return online. The return process will then start automatically. Alternatively, you can also use our sample form, although this is not mandatory.


What costs will I incur?

If you make use of your statutory right of withdrawal(see withdrawal policy), you must bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

How do I get my money back?

As soon as we have received and checked the return, we will refund you the amount. We will use the payment method you used for your order.
