If you want to return a book...

If you are not satisfied with a product, you can cancel your order within 14 days and return the product or products. It's very simple!

Please fill out the following form for your return. You will then receive an e-mail with a link that you can use to report your return to our sales partner.

Then please send the product(s) to the address given. It will be checked there upon arrival.

You will then receive a return confirmation and the purchase price will be refunded to you in the same way as you paid it.

Important: Only unopened products can be returned. If, for example, the protective film has been removed from a book, we are unfortunately unable to take it back. Unfortunately, it is not possible to take back digital products (e.g. e-books).
